AgentSafe does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely based on automated processing without human review. You may request human intervention, an explanation of the logic involved, or a review of any automated decision that affects you by contacting our Privacy Officer.


5. Data Storage and Security

AgentSafe for Real Estate operates solely within Australia.

All personal information is stored and processed on secure servers located in Australia, protected by encryption, firewalls, and access controls.

We take reasonable steps to:

  • Ensure personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
  • Destroy or permanently de-identify information that is no longer required.

Personal information is typically retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with AML/CTF, WHS, and other statutory record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.


6. Cookies and Analytics

A cookie is a small data file placed on your device to enable website functionality and improve user experience. AgentSafe uses essential cookies to facilitate secure login sessions and application stability.

We do not use cookies to build personal usage profiles. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect access to some online services.
