5. Data Storage and Security
AgentSafe for Real Estate operates solely within Australia.
All personal information is stored and processed on secure servers located in Australia, protected by encryption, firewalls, and access controls.
We take reasonable steps to:
- Ensure personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
- Destroy or permanently de-identify information that is no longer required.
Personal information is typically retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with AML/CTF, WHS, and other statutory record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
