AgentSafe for Real Estate Checklists and Compliance Management
AgentSafe for Real Estate provides two key checklists to support property compliance and health and safety management:

PSR Checklist – Completed by the property owner, this checklist identifies any prescribed material facts that may pose a significant health or safety risk, including instances of non-compliance.

WHS Checklist – Completed by the property agent, this checklist helps prevent work-related injury and illness by identifying potential hazards in the property and its use.
Both checklists can be uploaded and stored in the Inspection Reports and Checklists area of AgentSafe. The evidence collected through these checklists demonstrates that the property, its means of access, and anything arising from the property are free from risks to the health and safety of any person.
Maximising AgentSafe’s Use
To get the most out of AgentSafe:

Enter one property at a time, recording any issues documented or marked on the checklists.

AgentSafe will auto-generate a compliance report, which can be emailed to the property owner for their records.

You can also create work orders and set up notification emails that trigger non-compliance reports and registers. These reports maintain a history of all jobs created, the actions taken to minimise or eliminate hazards, and any rectification of non-compliance with health and safety laws.
Important Tip: Avoid bulk uploading all properties into AgentSafe at once. Doing so can create unnecessary delays in managing tasks and addressing non-compliance issues effectively.
If you wish to use your mobile device to fill out a checklist, you will need to download a pdf app on your phone or tablet. There are some really good apps to fill pdf forms on Android and iPhone such as; PDF expert, PDF Max 5 Pro, Smart Forms, Adobe Fill & Sign and GoodNotes 4.
